STAR (Successful Transitions for Adult Readiness) Training

This curriculum is a comprehensive, competency-based, interdisciplinary curriculum designed to impact practice and policy in child welfare, leading ultimately to improved outcomes for youth leaving foster care. The interactive training incorporates the principals of adult learning theory and is designed to be delivered using visual, auditory, and kinesthetic modalities. Training programs include: Training for Managers and Supervisors, Training for Service Providers, and Training for Trainers.
